A prior VOC condenser system was originally purchased from another vendor, but its BD recovery and heat transfer were severely limited by condenser design limitations and frost build-up. To resolve this, we supplied a VOC fin tube condenser system capable of efficiently lowering the outlet temperature past -22°F (-30°C) without requiring liquid nitrogen. Our solution enabled the client to recover over 1,100 tons of BD annually, allowing them to quickly recoup their investment.
