A multinational synthetic resin manufacturer produces lithium compounds through a process that requires cyclohexane, acetic acid, and toluene.
In a multi-stage project that best fit the client’s phased plant expansion schedule, we provided our VOC condenser and solvent recovery systems to recycle the above compounds for reuse.
Ultratech utilized the client’s existing refrigerant to allow the project to proceed in a cost-effective way without needing cryogenic coolants and without ice or frost build up.
Client was able to recover >2 tons/day of solvent with our solution and recouped the capital investment cost within 1 year of installation.
