Our vapor and volatile organic compound (VOC) emission control system has been a core expertise of Ultratech since its founding in 1997. By cooling a polluted gas or vapor stream, our VOC condenser can collect solvents and pollutants into liquid form for reuse or removal.

We specialize in designing and constructing high-efficiency fin tube condenser-based systems. Using various refrigerants, our system can operate at temperatures below 0°F (-17°C) to -40°F (-40°C) or lower with online defrosting to minimize process interruptions.
Depending on the chemical compounds, we can achieve VOC recovery of 85~99% to provide significant savings.
As a standalone system or in combination with other VOC control technologies, our system can be a cost-effective addition to your VOC recovery and emission solution.
