A multinational corporation manufactures hydrogen fluoride (HF), but its storage and manufacturing process lead to high concentration (>50,000 ppm) emission of this toxic substance. The client engaged Ultratech to resolve this unique problem by using our proprietary air pollution control technologies.
We lowered the HF emission to < 0.1 ppm to satisfy all regulatory and safety requirements.
