A polysilicon manufacturer in the solar panel industry requires a air pollution control system for the silane and ammonia emissions in its production process.
Given the flammable and toxic nature of these compounds, the client sought a total system solution to bring emissions under permissible levels. Ultratech applied its chemical engineering expertise to develop a system combining an oxidative approach with wet scrubbers to effectively achieve the targeted goal.
